Ballet Texas' Community Outreach

Every holiday season, Ballet Texas performs at numerous New Braunfels and surrounding community events. These events include: Wurstfest, New Braunfels Tree Lighting, Wassailfest, Festival of The Trees, Dickens on Main, and more! Attendees can participate in a free demonstration ballet class, watch excerpts of The Nutcracker, and meet the Ballet Texas dancers.

Ballet Texas has partnered with the Brauntex Performing Arts Theatre to provide free educational field trips for students in the NBISD school district. This provides students of different grade levels the opportunity to watch professional-level productions in a theater setting. Our goal is to inspire future generations and make the arts more accessible.

As a 501(C) nonprofit organization, it is a mission of Ballet Texas to give back to the community. Our partnership with Christus Santa Rosa Hospital is special to our dancers because they are able to perform at the hospital for patients and staff and give the joy of dance to those in need.
